  • Original Packaging and Tags: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund request.

1.3 Exceptions to Refund Policy

Certain items are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the refund process and placing a new order for the desired product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit (depending on your preference), which can be applied toward your new purchase.

 

Defective or Damaged Products
